We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team as we expand our successful brand around Kristianstad.
Working directly with the Senior Creative Manager you will be responsible for creating a variety of imagery to support our current product offering alongside developing styles for upcoming new product development
A creative problem solver you will be able to create effective artwork from photography, stock images, illustrations and typography
Working on projects for a variety of major retailers you will be able to follow brand guidelines and recreate artwork to match specific styles
Key tasks include:
• Working with the sales and marketing team creating imagery for client presentations
• Working with stockists to produce images and marketing materials to their specific requirements
• Amending packaging and working with printers to send artwork to press
• Preparing digital content for social media channels (images and motion)
• Developing concepts and styles for new products
Key requirements:
• Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign are essential. Other software skills such as Premiere or After Effects are desirable
• Experience of sending files to print and a knowledge of a print production workflow
• Understanding of colour and Pantone Matching System
• Attention to detail and self motivation
• A passion for design and creativity
• 2 years experience in a similar in-house design role
